Role: UX/UI Designer

This was a project for a client to create a form for their investing site. The premise for the website was to allow users to create an investing portfolio based on their values. This meant the users should be able to exclude certain industries and companies while including others.

01 Research

Competitive Benchmark

Because this was a client project with a quick turnaround time I knew I had to be strategic about the research I completed. For this reason I chose to complete a competitive bench mark. I analyzed other investing websites and popular banking websites and apps to see how they instilled trust that allowed their customers to use their service and provide them with sensitive financial information.

02 Ideation

Low - Fidelity Wireframes

Once I had an idea of what should and should not be included and how the information should be presented I got started on the wireframes for the client. I kept it clean and simple to ensure ease of use and gain initial feedback.

03 Final Design

Prototype

After presenting the low-fi design to the client and gaining some feedback it was time to create the high fidelity design and prototype in Figma. After a few iterations the final design was complete which can be seen below.
